This Infrared (IR) remote control unit for PC-control is compatible (Plug and Play) with all popular Windows versions (Windows 2000, CE, XP, 7, MCE, Vista) and does not need a driver to be installed.

In scope of supply you will find an IR-receiver unit which gets connected to an USB port of your PC. The maximum range is 18 meters.

With the integrated mouse-function you can steplessly control the mouse pointer in a very comfortable way. In addition the controller has 37 buttons whose functions are remappable with freeware utilities.

The "Numlock" button extends the functionality again by giving possibility to enter text (just like you know it from cell phones).

The remote controller is a perfect input device for controlling a Car-PC or HTPC (Home Theater PC).

The fully motorized 7“ touchscreen display enables comfortable control. Directly at the front, behind a cover, there is an USB connector, a CompactFlash/SD-card reader and earphone connector. These connectors are "looped through" to the device rear side where you can connect them to your PC. You also will find a microphone directly beeing integrated in the display front part.

The integrated AM/FM radio can be used while PC is turned off and the 4x45 amplifier lets you connect your car speakers to the device.

Because of the integrated ATX 120W power supply and the external 84W AC/DC adapter you fanless can power also systems with higher performance. For using the system as a car-pc you can exchange the internal PSU against a M2-ATX(-HV) Automotive power supply.
